Botsify, is a machine learning chatbot development platform that allows you to create AI chatbots on websites or Facebook Messenger.

The platform integrates with Alexa, WordPress, Shopify and Zapier. In addition, There is also a feature for a ‘Human Takeover’ which allows you to easily customise conversations and live chat interface after observing the conversations.

The user interface is clean and relatively simple and features an easy drag and drop way of building templates. The platform is designed for non-technical users, much like Chatfuel. It comes with pre-built templates built for specific industries e.g. hospitals, travel agencies, restaurants and general FAQs.

Botsify designs using ‘stories’. A story is a linear sequence of interactions that form the conversation.

A powerful feature is the ability to save responses to a form. This is a great way to collect information from users. Form responses can easily be exported to CSV through the web interface.
