I began my career with global firms like Kraft, Nielsen, and Mattel, where I led early career training and facilitated cross-functional development programs. This foundation expanded into international roles delivering EMEA-wide initiatives for clients such as Microsoft, HP, and Nike. Over time, I moved into coaching entrepreneurs and senior executives, helping them make better decisions, align teams, and lead through complexity with greater confidence. Today, I draw on this experience as a trainer and expert facilitator, supporting leadership teams to strengthen their thinking, unlock strategic clarity, and deliver meaningful results.
International
With experience in over 30 countries, I bring a deep understanding of how culture shapes leadership, collaboration, and decision making. I have coached and trained professionals across four continents and led multi country teams on complex initiatives. This global perspective helps me quickly build trust, adapt to diverse contexts, and support leaders in bringing out the best in their people wherever they are.
Coaching
I coach senior leaders, executive teams, and entrepreneurs to think more clearly, lead more effectively, and grow with intention. My coaching helps individuals and teams gain perspective, sharpen judgment, and build the confidence to take purposeful action. Through focused conversations, I support lasting shifts in mindset, behaviour, and leadership impact.
Training
I have a passion for empowering leaders and have developed training courses for C-suite teams on leadership, strategy, digital transformation, platforms, and ecosystems. The training equips16 executives with the insights and methods needed to make effective decisions within complex environments.
