Turn AI and ecosystem opportunities into decisions your team acts on.
Half day to one week workshops for leadership teams, built on your business, your data and proven frameworks.
25+ years · 30+ countries · PhD, Cranfield · Taught at Cambridge Judge
Four things every workshop delivers.
A clear call on every option.
Test, develop, hold or stop. Nothing is left open.
One shared view.
The whole team uses the same language and the same priorities.
Your business, not case studies.
Every exercise runs on your own challenges and your own data.
Named owners for every next step.
No workshop ends without people and dates against each step.
Same shape. Your subject.
Every workshop follows the same shape. The focus changes what you work on and what you leave with.
Real outputs, built on your business.
Each one is yours to keep and use.
Friction Map. Where value is lost in the work that matters most, and the leadership questions it raises.
Opportunity Concepts. Each concept names the friction, the value, the evidence and the AI capability.
Data Plan. The data you hold, the data you need and the gaps to close.
Delivery Profile. The effort, the barriers and the owner for each concept.
Decision Record. A test, develop, hold or stop call on every concept.
Roadmap and Test Plan. The steps in order, the first test for each concept, owners and stop criteria.
You leave with more than a list of use cases. You know where value is lost, what the evidence says, what to pursue and who tests it first.
Where to play: Ecosystem Opportunity Map. The growth opportunities across your wider system, and the one worth pursuing.
How to play: Opportunity Framing. A clearly framed growth opportunity: the value, the customer and your part in delivering it.
Ecosystem Business Model. How value is created, shared and captured across the participants.
Capabilities and Partners. Who you need, and what each one must contribute.
Alignment Strategy. The incentives that bring each actor on board and keep them there.
Minimal Viable Ecosystem. The smallest set of partners and activities needed to launch and learn.
Roadmap and Test Plan. The steps in order, the assumptions to validate and how you will test them.
You leave with more than an ecosystem map. You know where to play, how to play, who you need, where to start and how to test it.
Friction Map. Where value is lost, inside your organisation and across partners.
Ecosystem Opportunity Map. Where AI opens new growth across your wider system.
Opportunity Concepts. Concepts that combine AI with partners’ data, capabilities or channels.
Ecosystem Business Model. How value is created, shared and captured when AI is in the mix.
Decision Record. A test, develop, hold or stop call on every concept.
Minimal Viable Ecosystem. The smallest set of partners needed to test the first concept.
You leave knowing where AI changes the value you create with others, and what to launch first.

A half day workshop produces first drafts. The intensive week tests every output against evidence, ends with a 90 day plan and trains your team in the tools.
Each workshop takes you further.
Choose the depth that fits the decision you need to make.
Get aligned.
You leave with first drafts: a Friction Map, or an Ecosystem Opportunity Map.
Runs in person, or as one online session.
Start a conversationSet your priorities.
You leave with opportunities framed and ranked, and for ecosystems, a business model.
Runs in person, or as two online half days.
Start a conversationMake the decisions.
You leave with every output, a clear call on each option, and a roadmap and test plan.
Runs in person, hybrid, or as four online sessions over two to three weeks.
Start a conversationDo the work and learn the method.
You leave with every output tested against evidence, a 90 day plan and a team trained in the tools.
Runs in person. An annual licence to keep using the toolkit is available.
Start a conversationNot sure? Need alignment? Half day. Need priorities? One day. Need decisions and a plan? Two day. Need the capability as well? Intensive week.
The same outputs, delivered three ways.
Choose the one that fits your diary.
Full focus, in one room.
Your team debates, decides and agrees together. There are no distractions and no lost momentum. This is the best choice when the team needs to align quickly.
Available for every workshop.
Align in the room, then build between sessions.
The first session is in person. It aligns the team and frames the opportunity. Later sessions run online. Your team gathers evidence between sessions, so each one starts further ahead.
Available for the two day workshop.
Fits the diary. Applied as you go.
Shorter live sessions spread over several weeks. Your team applies each step to real work between sessions. There are no recordings to watch. Every session is live and hands on.
Available for the half day, one day and two day workshops.
The work progresses between sessions. I consolidate what your team produces, so each session builds on better material.
Three steps, whichever workshop you choose.
Agree what matters.
A short scoping call to agree the focus, who should attend and the result you need. Your team receives a short reading pack.
Work on your business.
Hands on sessions, run with proven frameworks and card tools. Each session ends with agreed outputs.
Keep moving.
Your written outputs arrive within five working days. A follow up call after 30 days checks progress.
Prefer to join a public workshop? Leaders from different organisations work through the method together.

Which workshop is right for us?
It depends on the decision you need to make. Alignment needs a half day. Priorities need a day. Decisions and a plan need two days. We agree the right choice in a short scoping call before anything is booked.
How many people should attend?
Six to fifteen works best. A half day workshop can take up to twenty. Fewer people means deeper work on each opportunity.
Is it tailored to our organisation?
Yes. The frameworks stay the same, but every exercise runs on your own challenges, data and market. The scoping call sets the focus before the workshop.
What does it cost?
It depends on the workshop and how it runs. Most workshops fall between [£X] and [£Y]. I confirm a fixed price after the scoping call.
Can it run online?
Yes, the half day, one day and two day workshops can run online. Every session is live and hands on. The intensive week runs in person.
What if we are not ready for a workshop?
Start a conversation anyway. If a workshop is not the right step yet, I will say so and suggest what is.
What happens after the workshop?
Your written outputs arrive within five working days. A follow up call after 30 days checks progress. If you want help putting the plan into action, we can talk about advisory support.
What decision does your team need to make?
Start a conversation →A few short questions first. I reply within one working day. No pitch.
